World Book, one of the world’s leading educational and reference publishers, will publish English-language editions of Thierry Capazonne’s YOUNG H.C. ANDERSEN graphic novel series in 2020. Cappazonne was represented by Grand Design Communications in the licensing deal.
In addition to translating the oringal graphic novel pages, each volume includes dozens of pages of educational background material on the amazing world of the real Hans Christian Andersen and his imaginary worlds, the history of fairy tales, and much more.
The five volumes in the series are:
- H.C. Andersen and the Monk’s Secret
- H.C. Andersen and the Brothers Grimm
- H.C. Andersen and his Friend Victor
- H.C. Andersen and the Magic Hat
- H.C. Andersen and the Forgotten Manuscript
